For example, to submit an entry for the San Diego Regional Event, an entrant must be a resident of California. All entrants must be at least 13 years old at the time of entry as determined by the Sponsor. Any entrant who is a minor at the time of entry (under 18 years old) must have his/her parent's or legal guardian's permission to enter. A parent or guardian of any minor must also sign a release on behalf of the minor to be eligible to receive a prize. Only one winner per household for the Contest will be awarded.
