OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE
YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. ENTRY IN THE SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

1. TO ENTER
The Sweepstakes will commence at 12:00 am Central Standard Time (CST) November 9, 2009. To enter, fill out the personalization form located at http://MonsterJamOnline.com before 11:59 PM CST on February 26, 2010. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or corrupted are void and will not be accepted. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for: (a) telecommunications, network, electronic, technical or computer failures of any kind, for inaccurate transcription of entry information, for any human error, or for entries that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, delayed by computer transmissions, lost, late or damaged, and all such entries are void; and (b) your inability to access the registration site, or any other error or malfunction that may occur, including any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes. All entries become the property of Sponsor and Administrator and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entrants must be the registered subscriber of the email account from which the entry is made.

2. SELECTION OF WINNER AND ELIGIBILITY
One Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Administrator on or about February 26, 2010, from all eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by phone and email. The winner will be required to sign and return to Administrator an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within seven (7) days after the date of the notification, or an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. If the winner cannot be notified within 24 hours after the drawing, or in the event of non-compliance with each of these requirements, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.

3. ELIGIBILITY
Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada (Excluding Residents of Quebec) ages 18 or older, except for residents of Rhode Island, employees of Feld Motor Sports, and any of their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, retailers, advertising and promotional agencies and their immediate families and persons living in the same household as such employees are not eligible to participate or win. Only one entry per household permitted.

4. PRIZE
Grand Prize winner will receive: round trip airfare for two (2) to Las Vegas, Nevada hotel accommodations for three (3) nights at Monster Jam World Finals host hotel, Monster Jam merchandise prize pack, event tickets for two (2) to the Double Down in Las Vegas on March 26, 2010 (Event Tickets), event tickets for two (2) to the 2009 Monster Jam World Finals in Las Vegas at the Sam Boyd Stadium on March 27, 2010 (Event Tickets) and breakfast for two (2) people with at least one past champion of the Monster Jam World Finals events.
Round trip airfare for two (2) to Las Vegas is valued at One Thousand dollars ($1,000.00). Hotel accommodations for two (2) based on double occupancy for three (3) nights in Las Vegas at current rates is valued at Six hundred dollars ($600.00). Merchandise prize pack is valued at Two hundred dollars ($200.00). The Double Down Event tickets are valued at approximately Two hundred dollars ($200.00). The World Finals Event tickets are valued at approximately Eighty dollars ($80.00). Breakfast with the Champions to be held on the morning of Friday, March 26, 2010 is valued at three hundred dollars ($300.00). Prize package is courtesy of Sponsor and Administrator and is valued in the aggregate at Two Thousand Four Hundred dollars ($2,380.00). The prize does not include transportation, meals, or any other item not expressly set forth herein. All taxes and all other expenses associated with the acceptance and/or use of any prize awarded hereunder are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Grand Prize package is not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

5. DISCLAIMER
Winner assumes all liability for any damages caused or claimed to be caused by his or her participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt and/or use or misuse of the prize, and releases Sponsor and Administrator, their parent and affiliated companies and the officers, directors, employees of each and their marketing and promotional agencies from any such liability. Acceptance of prize constitutes winner's permission (except where prohibited by law) to use his/her name, city, state, likeness and/or voice for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity without additional compensation.

6. GENERAL RULES
In the event this Sweepstakes is compromised in any way, electronically or otherwise, that is beyond the control of Sponsor and Administrator, the Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to withdraw the transmission of this Sweepstakes and to refuse to award any prizes after the date of withdrawal. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator, whose decisions are final. By entering all entrants waive any right to claim ambiguity or error in these Official Rules or in the Sweepstakes itself. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from this Sweepstakes promotion. The Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to permanently disqualify from the Sweepstakes any person they believe has intentionally violated these rules. The Sweepstakes is void in any jurisdiction where prohibited, including without limitation Rhode Island. The Sponsor and Administrator further reserve the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes or any drawings and may conduct a drawing and select all remaining winners from among all entries received for that drawing prior to the action taken. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the Prizes.

8. WINNER NAMES & RULES

The mention of any individual, group or company, or the inclusion of a product or service as prize, does not imply any association with or endorsement by such individual, group or company or the manufacturer or distributor of such product or service, and except as indicated, no association of endorsement is intended or should be inferred.
