Don Frankish currently resides in Lethbridge, Alberta Canada with his wife Sandra where they run their company Frankish Enterprises, LTD.

Frankish jump started his career at the early age of 16 in truck and tractor pulling competitions with his dad and brother. Don competed with a Super Modified 4x4 (Maniac) while his father used a Super Stock John Deere Tractors, and his brother, Kirk, used a Modified Class Jet Turbine.

Don’s brother also competed in events in Japan and Hawaii where he met Jack Willman, owner of Taurus monster truck. Kirk bought the truck and began competing with it for 3 years. With his brother now into the monster truck industry, Don got the urge to give it a try.

In 1989, Frankish bought a leaf spring truck named Knight Warrior. He began to make updates to the truck and renamed it to Maniac. In 1995, Don bought a new Patrick Chassis and this became known as the Maniac monster truck we see today.

Don can be seen at many Monster Jam® events around the country. With his growing business, experience, and skill, Don is sure to be around for many years to come.
