OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE
YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. ENTRY IN THE SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

1. TO ENTER
The Sweepstakes will commence on 12:00 am Central Standard Time (CST) May 13, 2008. To enter, submit a completed Build-a-Truck Creative Drawing and also fill out the personalization form located at http://MonsterJamOnline.com before 11:59 PM CST on October 15, 2008. The Creative Drawing form will be available online at http://MonsterJamOnline.com or in the Monster Jam Souvenir Yearbooks. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or corrupted are void and will not be accepted. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for: (a) telecommunications, network, electronic, technical or computer failures of any kind, for inaccurate transcription of entry information, for any human error, or for entries that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, delayed by computer transmissions, lost, late or damaged, and all such entries are void; and (b) your inability to access the registration site, or any other error or malfunction that may occur, including any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes. All entries become the property of Sponsor and Administrator and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entrants must be the registered subscriber of the email account from which the entry is made.

2. SELECTION OF WINNER AND ELIGIBILITY
Three winners (First Prize, Second Prize, and Third Prize) will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Administrator on or about October 15, 2008, from all eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by phone and email. The winner will be required to sign and return to Administrator an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within seven (7) days after the date of the notification, or an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. If the winner cannot be notified within 24 hours after the drawing, or in the event of non-compliance with each of these requirements, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.

3. ELIGIBILITY
Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States ages 13 or older, except for residents of Rhode Island, employees of Live Nation, and any of their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, retailers, advertising and promotional agencies and their immediate families and persons living in the same household as such employees are not eligible to participate or win. Only one entry per household permitted.

4. PRIZE
First Prize winner will receive 4 Tickets to the Monster Jam event nearest to winner?s residence valued at One Hundred and twenty dollars ($120) and a complete collection of current Monster Jam DVD?s which include World Finals 7, 8, and 9, World Finals 1-5 Bundle DVD Set, Controlled Chaos 1 & 2, Mega Crash Madness, Crash Madness 4 & 5, Grave Digger 25, and Grave Digger Double Feature.  DVD Collection is valued at Two hundred and Ninety Dollars ($290).  Approximate retail value of first prize is Four Hundred and Ten Dollars ($410).

Second Prize winner will receive DVD copies of the World Finals 9, 8, and 7 and the World Finals 1-5 Bundle DVD Set, Controlled Chaos 1 & 2, Mega Crash Madness, Crash Madness 4 & 5, Grave Digger 25 and Grave Digger Double Feature.  Approximate retail value of second prize is Two hundred and Ninety Dollars ($290). 

Third Prize winner will receive DVD copies of World Finals 9, 8, and 7 and a series T-Shirt.  The total value of the DVD?s is Ninety Dollars ($90).  T-shirt is valued at Twenty Five Dollars ($25). Approximate retail value of third prize is One Hundred and Fifteen Dollars ($115). 
Prizes are courtesy of Sponsor and Administrator.  The approximate retail value of all prizes is Eight Hundred and Fifteen dollars ($815.00). The prize does not include any other item not expressly set forth herein. All additional expenses, if any, are the sole responsibility of each winner, including without limitation airfare, transportation, lodging, and meals. All taxes and all other expenses associated with the acceptance and/or use of any prize awarded hereunder is the sole responsibility of the winner. The Grand Prize package is not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

5. DISCLAIMER
Winner assumes all liability for any damages caused or claimed to be caused by his or her participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt and/or use or misuse of the prize, and releases Sponsor and Administrator, their parent and affiliated companies and the officers, directors, employees of each and their marketing and promotional agencies from any such liability. Acceptance of prize constitutes winner's permission (except where prohibited by law) to use his/her name, city, state, likeness and/or voice for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity without additional compensation.

6. GENERAL RULES
In the event this Sweepstakes is compromised in any way, electronically or otherwise, that is beyond the control of Sponsor and Administrator, the Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to withdraw the transmission of this Sweepstakes and to refuse to award any prizes after the date of withdrawal. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator, whose decisions are final. By entering all entrants waive any right to claim ambiguity or error in these Official Rules or in the Sweepstakes itself. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from this Sweepstakes promotion. The Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to permanently disqualify from the Sweepstakes any person they believe has intentionally violated these rules. The Sweepstakes is void in any jurisdiction where prohibited, including without limitation Rhode Island. The Sponsor and Administrator further reserve the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes or any drawings and may conduct a drawing and select all remaining winners from among all entries received for that drawing prior to the action taken. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the Prizes.

8. WINNER NAMES & RULES
