WFLZ / METRO PCS MONSTER JAM® DRIVING EXPERIENCE IN LAS VEGAS CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY - MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING

1. ENTRY PERIOD: The Contest begins at 12:01 AM EST on December 31, 2007, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on January 15, 2008.

2. HOW TO ENTER: On an Official Entry Form, available while supplies last at any one of the up to 210 Tampa Bay area Metro PCS company owned or dealer stores, or on a plain piece of 3”x5” paper, hand print your name, age, address, zip code, daytime and evening telephone numbers. (If you do not have a telephone indicate “No Phone” on your entry. Failure to comply with this or any other official rule will result in disqualification). Mail your entry in a hand-addressed #10 envelope, with first class postage affixed, to: WFLZ / Metro PCS Monster Jam Driving Experience Contest, 4002 Gandy Blvd., Tampa, FL 33611. Limit one entry per envelope. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Entries must be received by 1/15/08. Not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated or illegible entries or entries not received in time for the random drawing. Five (5) Grand Prize finalists will be chosen from entries received by 1/15/08. All entries become the property of Sponsor, and no entries will be acknowledged or returned.

3. ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open only to natural persons who are legal residents of Florida and as of 12/31/07 are 18 years of age or older and possess a valid drivers license. Employees of Metro PCS, WFLZ, Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc., Live Nation Motor Sports, Inc., their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, promotion agencies, or any other entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, or fulfillment of the Contest, and their immediate family members and those living in the same household of each such person are not eligible to enter.

4. RANDOM DRAWINGS: The Grand Prize finalists will be selected in a random drawing on or about 1/16/08 from among all eligible entries received. All five (5) finalists will receive two tickets to the 1/19/08 Tampa Monster Jam event and an opportunity to participate in the Grand Prize event. The awarding of the Grand Prize will take place on 1/19/08 at a time to be determined during the Tampa Monster Jam event to be held at Raymond James Stadium, at which time each finalist will participate by selecting one of 5 envelopes. The finalist whose envelope contains the winning certificate and/or key that opens a box containing the winning certificate will be the Grand Prize winner provided that such finalist is present at the time the Grand Prize random selection is conducted. You must be present to win. In the event a winner declines a prize or fails to return any completed documents and releases as required, Sponsor may elect, at its discretion, to select an alternate winner by random drawing. Decisions of judges are final. All prizes will be awarded and winners notified by phone. Limit one finalist prize per household. Odds of becoming a finalist will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Odds of a finalist winning the Grand Prize are 1 in 5.

5. PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: (1) Grand Prize – Monster Jam Driving Experience and Monster Jam World Finals Flyaway for two, to include airfare for two to Las Vegas, up to three nights Hotel Accommodations at host hotel (1 room with two double beds), two tickets to the Monster Jam World Finals event to take place on March 29th, 2008, and an invitation for two to drive a monster truck in the Monster Jam Driving Experience scheduled for March 28th, 2008. (Approximate Retail Value $3,000); (5) Finalist Prizes - 2 tickets to the Monster Jam event at Raymond James Stadium, Tampa, Florida on 1/19/08 and an opportunity for such finalist to compete in a contest to win the Grand Prize (Approximate Retail Value $30 per prize). Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. Prizes do not include any other item not specifically described in these Official Rules, and all additional expenses, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Except for Grand Prize airfare, the cost of transportation and parking are not included and are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Prizes may not be transferred, assigned, redeemed for cash, or exchanged for any other prize. Sponsor makes no warranty, either express or implied, regarding the use and enjoyment of the prize.

6. GENERAL RULES: Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Potential Grand Prize winner must execute any required Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form within 1 day of attempted notification. Non-compliance within this time period may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected. Metro PCS reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s name, address, statements, photograph, voice and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, the winner agrees to hold Metro PCS, WFLZ, Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc., Live Nation Motor Sports, Inc., their corporate licensees, parent corporation, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents, and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims, losses or liability arising directly or indirectly with the prize or contest. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participating in this Contest or use or redemption of any prize. By entering in this Contest, entrants agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in automatic disqualification. Sponsors are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Contest or in the announcement of the prizes.

7. WINNER LIST: For the names of the prize winners, available after 2/4/08, send a separate, stamped, self-addressed (#10) envelope to: Metro PCS Monster Jam Driving Experience Winners, 4002 Gandy Blvd., Tampa, FL 33611.

8. TAXES: Any valuation of the prizes stated above is based on available information provided to Sponsor, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes, insurance, licensing, and registration or title fees.
