Meet the Stars of Monster Jam®, brought to you by Ford Trucks

AURORA, Ill. – (July 16, 2008) The third-annual Monsters On Mainstreet event is heading to League City in eight days, and the stars of Monster Jam® will appear at League Park for a free, open-to-the-public autograph session on Friday, July 25 from 4:00-6:00 p.m.
The following premier Monster Jam monster trucks and their drivers will roll into League Park: both Built Ford Tough Blue Thunder® teams, world racing champion Batman™ monster truck, Destroyer, King Krunch, Monster Mutt®, Pastrana 199, and world freestyle champion Taz monster truck.  League Park is located at 200 North Park Avenue in League City, Texas.

Earlier this year, League City native Michelle Stockton, a long-time Monster Jam fan, was one of nearly 40,000 people who registered for a chance to win their very own hometown Monster Jam in the Built Ford Tough Monsters On Mainstreet sweepstakes.   As a finalist, she and her guests were treated to an all-expenses paid trip to Las Vegas to take in the Monster Jam World Finals at Sam Boyd Stadium.  Before a sold-out crowd of 36,954 fans, and four other finalists in the Monsters on Mainstreet sweepstakes, Stockton randomly selected the key that started a Built Ford Tough Super Duty® F-450 Pickup – making her the grand prize winner.
The League Park autograph session is the kick-off to Stockton’s Grand Prize Hometown Monster Jam.  As the Grand Prize winner, Stockton invited her friends, family and some local charities and organizations to join the once-in-a-lifetime experience.  The Hometown Monster Jam show brought to you by Built Ford Tough Ford Trucks and Monster Jam will take place on Saturday, July 26 at Houston Motorsports Park.  Two Blue Thunder monster truck teams along with a roster of the world’s premier monster trucks will participate in all the excitement of a Monster Jam racing and freestyle competition Saturday, July 26 at Houston Motorsports Park.
