Weekend Race Recap Friday - Monster Jam wheelie competition started the night with Fletch in Sudden Impact set the bar and should have won. Pablo and Digger came away with the win, but came up to Fletch and let him know he thought he had won. Fletch went completely vertical and balanced momentarily on the tailgate. Scores:

Racing was a high speed affair. One set of 2 roller cars and then no mans land to a stack of 4 cars. Shocker lost to Grave Digger, Kaptain Insano beat Sudden Impact and T-Maxx came away with the win over Captains Curse. Captains Curse came back as the fastest loser in the semi final. In the semi T-Maxx and GraveDigger moved into the main event. In the final, it was a photo finish with Digger getting the nod.
In freestyle the scores continued to rise as the level of performance went up. Digger came away with the win after a typical Pablo run, after all, he is the 2007 Freestyle World Champ. Scores:

Saturday 7:30PM - A little bit of rain changed the program format for Saturday night. Instead of a wheelie contest the drivers were callenged with a Donut contest. The slick track and the horsepower of the trucks made for a dirt throwing affair. Scores:

Grave Digger 30
Digger had motor issues after winning the donut contest and was out of action for the racing portion of the night. He did return to wow the crowd with a killer freestyle. In racing Kaptain Insano took out Shocker, T-Maxx beat Captains Curse and Sudden Impact had a bye run. In the semi final T-Maxx put Shocker out who came back as fast loser. Kaptain Insano moced on after Sudden Impact red lighted. In the main event T-Maxx dominated the race from the start, taking the win.
Freestyle was all about the return of Grave Digger.Even though Christensen in Kaptain Insano put on a killer show. Grave Digger did return and Pablo showed again why he is World Champ. Scores:

Sunday - Carl Van Horn credits Pablo Huffaker for teaching him everything he knows, and on Sunday it came back to bite Pablo. In the wheelie contest Digger got the win, but it was judge biased. All of the truck and drivers performed well. Scores:

GraveDigger and T-Maxx were on a tear in Fresno. Both trucks and drivers were geared up and ready to win in drag racing. Digger knocked off Captains Curse, and in the other teammate battle, Sudden Impact and T-Maxx faced off with Carla and the Maxx on top. In the final pairing it was Shocker getting the win over Kaptain Insano. Sudden Impact and Fletch returned as the fastest loser in the semi final against Digger, who won. T-Maxx took out Shocker and set up the final between Maxx and Digger. IN the final, Digger got sideways in no-mans land and had to chop the throttle, while Van Horn and T-Maxx motoer to a win.
Freestyle concluded the weekend with T-Maxx and Digger once again shining. Digger had some trouble keeping it in the groove and the RII was used taking away from the flow of Pablos run. T-Maxx had the best run and the judges proved it with the scores. Scores:
