For over twenty years Monster Jam has invaded the Haggerstown speedway and year after year The fans keeping selling it out to standing room only. The Monster Jam fans were waving there hats and flags each time the trucks came onto the track in hopes that their favorite truck would win.
The Drivers drew numbers to start the night off for qualifying possitions and then qualifyed there trucks for round one of racing. Grave Digger was the fastest qualifyer with a 6.31 and Black Stallion was second fastest with a 6.34. All trucks were in one hudreds of a second from each other making this some of the clossest races in a long time. In round one Digger defeated El Toro Loco and Stone crusher took out Mopar Magic by two feet or less. Taz went on to win against Black Stallion by another close race. In the semi finals Grave Digger took on fast looser Black Stallion and beat him by inches. Stone Crusher came from behind in a stunning win over Taz to make his way to the finals. The finals was wild as Digger took home the victory and crossed the finish line as Stone Crusher lost controll and crashed through the guard rail that seperated the two race lanes. The fans went crazy for both trucks as Simms congradulated Randy Brown for his win.
Freestyle was next and each truck had 90 seconds to prove they were the best in Haggerstown. The track layout was long and the Monster trucks had to cover alot of area to hit all of the obstacles. El Toro went out first and could only muster up an 8 from the judges. Stone Crusher was next and tied El Toro after a tire blew off the bead of the wheel cutting his freestyle short. Mopar Magic and C V H thrilled the crowd and the judges by scoring an 18 for the lead. Black Stallion also had a good freestyle but fell short with a score of 14. The Reining World Champion was next and Anders started the 90 seconds with some of the highest air we had seen all night but he came up short with a 16 and mechanical problems and not filling the clock. There was alot of room for a win and Digger had the fans on there feet. Randy Brown was on a mission to double down and scored a 22 for the victory and another successful Hagerstown night.

Grave Digger and Taz remained the fastest through the night as they would meet in the finals. Taz made his way there by defeating El Toro Loco in round one and fast Stone Crusher in the semi Finals. Grave Digger made it to the finals by beating Stone Crusher in round one and Black Stallion in the semi finals. In the finals the crowd was almost split on who to root for because alot of fans were supporting the youg Adam Anderson but when the green light flashed Grave Digger was a bit to fast and took home another win. Stone Crusher scored a 14 on his full ninety second run and El Toro Loco rounded out the feild with a 13. The scores might seem low to you but the judges that were selected for the weekend have been to the world finals and more to know how tough it should be to impress not only them but the awesome monster Jam fans them selves.
