The night was a hard one for the Bad News Team, after a loss in the racing bracket they returned to the pit to hear they had blown a motor. He would be out for the weekend. The course was set to have a pretty technical freestyle. The van stack was held off of the crush cars leading to the possibility to string a couple hits in a row. The scores came out tied with Destroyer and Rammunition, but Raminator would push the truck hard to be able to get a leg up and place a 20 and be our new leader. Superman strong after a wheelie win would be the first to hit the FMX lander gaining the points needed to skyrocket past Raminator. Grave Digger driven by Chad Tingler was up last and he hit the crush cars so fast he landed on the first car of the van stack! He would then line up for the FMX lander but would have to reverse the truck which could have cost him some points. He would launch off going further than we saw Superman go and he would receive the win tonight with a 27. Till tomorrow keep in touch Monster Jam NGK Spark Plugs is just around the corner.

Superman beat Raminator

The night started big with a roll over from the man who replaced Bad News, Instigator. The wheelie was awesome but as he came down the right rear tire was the only thing touching and caused him to bite and spin off axis and roll over. Digger was able to come out and pull the win off as only Grave Digger can do. Racing we saw another scenario play out. Last night we saw Raminator come back as the fast loser to win the Main event. Tonight we saw Superman, the fast loser come back and win the main, you know what they say if you’re going to lose, lose fast! The disappointment was written on Dan Evans face as he let the crowd know he would not be able to perform in Freestyle. He said this would be the first time in 2009 he was not able to show up to the line.  Raminator was in the spot light as the pit crew worked all the intermission to replace a broke claw. The rear axle had to be pulled and the lighting speed of his crew would get him up and running by the time to roll out for freestyle came around. Great teamwork! Superman was the next to take the reins and the lead in freestyle. He hit the FMX lander and displayed some massive air to get the job done. Grave Digger was strapped in and boy did he need to be. He was full throttle from green to red. The truck flew further than anyone did off the FMX ramp but not just off the sloped side. He hit the ramp both front and back to get everyone on their feet, awaiting the score. He would sweep the freestyle this weekend and leave an everlasting impression on Monster Jam fans here.
