THE RIPINATOR
by
BRITTANY HOWARD
CLARK MOORES MIDDLE SCHOOL
Have you ever felt like your life has been ripped apart by peer pressure? Seven out of ten kids face some sort of peer pressure everyday.
So what inspired me to name this truck the “Ripinator” is because: Its telling you that peer pressure can rip your life apart like the “Terminator”. If you listen to your peers you could end up off track. So do what you think is right, Don’t let peer pressure lead you off the track of doing the right thing.
I designed this truck with a RIP along the side because its like the “Terminator” ripping your life into pieces. Don’t let your peers be the “Ripinator and rip your life apart.
The reason I added the color red to the truck is because of the red ribbons worn during drug free week at school. It will hopefully remind kids to say no to drugs and be a champ by staying drug free.
The color blue on the truck represents how you feel after falling into trap of peer pressure and taking the wrong path in life.
The yellow on the truck represents the sunny side of life and how good you feel when you make the right decisions in life.
Just like drugs; peer pressure can hurt you. Don’t let peer pressure rip apart your life by trying drugs, alcohol, smoking or something else that could destroy or end your life. Be a champ like the Grave Digger; Don’t let someone else dig your grave.
