TRUCK
HISTORY
In the mid-nineties, Monster Jam® began to attract some crazy-looking trucks with customized bodies. Don Frankish was amazed by these colorful monsters, and the seed for Jurassic Attack began to grow until 1999, when the truck finally made the leap from his mind to the track.
Originally, Frankish had wanted Jurassic Attack to be modeled after a T-Rex, but later decided that the Triceratops body was more practical and seemed to resonate with children better. Featuring massive horns coming off the top of the cab, huge eyes on the side windows, and giant ridged spine around its "neck", Jurassic Attack is one of the most recognizable trucks in Monster Jam today.
Jurassic Attack driver Kristy Edge has only been behind the wheel for less than a year, but she's already made great strides in her career. Besides being one of the few female drivers on the circuit, she's also the only female driver from Canada .
