  • Ticket Questions- Saturday Double Down tickets come separately from merch package. Your Friday ticket will come with your merchandise and is a hard laminate credential that hangs from a lanyard.


    Double Down Shipping Cut-Off - To insure shipping errors and missing packages, Tuesday, March 17, 2009 at 3pm EST, will be the last day we will ship any Double Down tickets and/or Double Down merchandise to the customers. All orders processed after the cut off date will be handled at the Double Down Will Call windows located at the West Gate at Sam Boyd Stadium.

    Double Down packages are still available for purchase through March 26th 3pm EST time. After that, if packages are left, all sales will be handled at the Double Down Will Call at the West Gate at Sam Boyd Stadium.



  • Seating Questions- Saturday is reserved seating. The best seats in the house are held for Double Down purchasers. Specific seat assignments will not be honored. All seats are filled first come first serve based on when you order your tickets. Double Down fans will be notified of their seat assignments after they?ve purchased their tickets and their tickets arrive at their home.
  • Friday?s seating is General Admission and is a not assigned seating. By your request both sides of Sam Boyd Stadium will be open for Practice and Qualifying so feel free to spread out and enjoy a different view than what your Saturday tickets offer. Double Down fans will be able to seat in section 125-131 and/or 105-109 on Friday night. For a stadium map, click HERE.

  • DVD Questions- Reminder- The MJWF 9 DVD is not part of a 2009 Double Down Package. The 2008 Double Down package included the MJWF 8 DVD (from the 2007 MJWF event). The 2009 Double Down includes the MJWF 10 DVD (from the 2009 MJWF event). The MJWF 10 DVD will be shipped mid- summer after the DVD is completed. We changed the Double Down package for 2009 based on the survey feedback we received from our loyal Double Down purchasers such as you. To complete your collection, the MJWF 9 DVD is currently available for sale on our on-line store at the Store portion ofwww.monsterjamonline.com. We understand this is a transition year and apologize for any confusion this may have caused.

  • Food- The BBQ will be served on Friday from 2-6pm. This year?s menu includes: All beef Hot Dogs with Buns, Grilled Hamburgers with Buns, Veggie burgers (on request), Barbecue Chicken Breast, Potato Salad, Baked Ranch Style Beans, Assorted Freshly Baked Cookies, Lemonade, Water, and Soft Drinks. Veggie Burgers on request while supplies last

  • Merchandise Questions- Missing an item in your Double Down package? Receive the incorrect shirt size? Call Music Today at 1-877-Music77. They will be more than happy to assist you.

  • Will Call - If you were instructed to pick up your main event and Double Down tickets at will call on Friday, Double Down Will Call will be located at the West gate box office. The West gate box office is on the same side of the stadium as the Double Down and Pit Party entrance, under the large UNLV sign. Double Down Will Call will be open Friday 11:00am-7:00pm.

  • Parking Questions - Friday, parking will be available in the West and South lots. For Saturday, reserved Double Down parking will be available in the South dirt lots. You will be required to show your Double Down pass on Saturday to park in the South lot. Parking will NOT be guaranteed in the South lot if you arrive after 5:00pm on Saturday.

    DENNIS ANDERSON AND TOM MEENTS AUTOGRAPH SCHEDULE
    Due to your requests, we have created a system to minimize your wait time for Dennis Anderson?s and Tom Meents? autograph during the Double Down Experience on Friday and the Built Ford Tough Party in the Pits on Saturday.

    For both days, autographs will be broken out into two sessions:

    Session #1 - 12:00-2:00pm

    Session #2 - 3:00-5:00pm

    Fans can enter the line for the 12:00-2:00pm session until it is deemed full. Once the first session is full, passes will be distributed for the 3:00-5:00pm session until it too is deemed full.

    For fans that are unable to get Dennis or Tom?s autograph during the Double Down Experience or Built Ford Tough Party in the Pits, they along with the rest of the 24 competing drivers will be signing after Saturday?s main event in the Pit Party area until the last person gets an autograph.

    Drivers attending: Dennis Anderson, Tom Meents, Adam Anderson, John Seasock and Jim Koehler. Shock Therapy and Jon Zimmer will be one hand as well.
